Everyday Companion

This necklace is made of jade and features Guanyin, a Buddhist figure whom I have faith in. Because I am a Buddhist, I wear it almost every day as a symbol of my beliefs and for spiritual comfort. I usually keep it on the table beside my bed because it is easy to reach when I leave the house. I place it together with other everyday essentials, such as my watch and my keys, so I can put everything on before going out. There is also a small bowl next to it. I sometimes place the necklace in the bowl to soak it in water as part of caring for the jade. Over time, this area has become a dedicated place for the necklace, reflecting both its practical use in my daily routine and its personal and spiritual significance.
